Job Title: Operational Manager – Maintenance (Facilities / MEP)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operational Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple sites. The role involves managing field teams, ensuring service quality, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day maintenance operations (MEP, civil, HVAC, etc.)
• Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and technicians
• Ensure all operations comply with UAE safety regulations and company standards
• Monitor service quality, KPIs, and SLA performance
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely service delivery and satisfaction
• Manage resource allocation, manpower planning, and material usage
• Prepare operational reports, performance analysis, and improvement plans
• Handle AMC contracts, service schedules, and renewals
• Control operational costs and improve productivity
• Resolve operational issues, escalations, and emergency situations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in maintenance operations (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facility management
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and safety standards
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
