Verity Integrated Systems is seeking a senior Operational Planner to support integration of advanced mission planning and visualization capabilities within operational headquarters, Air Operations Centers, Corps/Division Fires Cells, Combatant Commands, and Joint Task Forces.
This role embeds directly with warfighting staffs during exercises, wargames, and operational planning events. The selected candidate will support multi-domain fires synchronization, mission command integration, and interoperability across existing C2 ecosystems.
We are seeking a planner who understands how operations are built, synchronized, and executed at scale.

Embed within Army Division, Corps, and Theater-level headquarters, Air Operations Centers (AOC), Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, and Multi-Domain Task Forces.

Support integration into MDMP, joint planning processes, and targeting cycles (D3A / F3EAD).

Plan and coordinate participation in Joint All-Domain exercises and real-world operations.

Develop realistic war-gaming scenarios including threat laydowns, integrated air defense architectures, long-range strike operations, and Airspace Control Orders (ACO).

Integrate planning tools within military network architectures and interface with systems such as AFATDS, AMDWS, ADSI, TBMCS, JADOCS, GCCS-A, IBCS, and emerging JADC2 platforms.

Understand and operate within tactical messaging formats, including USMTF, VMF, and JREAP-C.

Train planning staff and prepare executive-level briefs, demonstrations, and correspondence.

Utilize SIPRNet and secure communications platforms for operational coordination.

Bachelor's degree in a technical, science, military studies, or business discipline.

10+ years of experience as an operational planner at Division, Corps, Theater, AOC, or Joint Command level.

Experience supporting operational or strategic-level exercises and wargames.

Deep understanding of MDMP, joint planning processes, fires synchronization, and command relationships.

Experience integrating with AFATDS and/or AMD mission systems.

Strong communication skills; comfortable briefing O6/GO/SES leadership.

Former 131A (Field Artillery Technician) – CW3/CW4 preferred.

Former 140A (Air & Missile Defense Technician) – CW3/CW4 preferred.

FA or ADA Major (post-KD) with Division/Corps planning experience. (Former AOC Planner or Combatant Command Targeting Officer.

Former FA 57 Officer (Simulation Operations)
- Experience with Multi-Domain Task Force (MDTF) or long-range precision fires.

Prior staff leadership experience (O-4+, GS-12+, or equivalent).
