Biksil is Saudi Arabia’s pioneering in-vehicle digital-out-of-home (DOOH) advertising network, operating through taxi fleets with screens installed inside vehicles. Utilizing a real-time content management system, Biksil ensures every campaign is accurately time-stamped, location-tagged, and verified with real-time impressions from passengers across Riyadh. Established in 2025, We are building a robust transit media infrastructure for Saudi Arabia and the wider region. Role Description

The Operations Specialist is responsible for keeping every screen in the network live, connected, and delivering content, and for managing the relationships, processes, and field coordination that make it possible. Day to day, this means monitoring the CMS dashboard every morning for offline or underperforming screens, coordinating with our fleet partners on vehicle availability and driver briefings, managing screen installation schedules, and responding to field faults within the given SLA. You will write the operational SOPs that this company runs on, track weekly KPIs reported directly to the CEO, and serve as the primary point of contact for all field and fleet operational matters. This is an early hire at a fast-moving startup. You will be building processes that do not yet exist and owning the outcomes that follow. You report directly to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Full Arabic and English fluency, written and spoken, is mandatory.
• All fleet and driver relationships are conducted in Arabic; all technology and investor relationships are conducted in English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet operations and field operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing vendors, field teams, or fleet partners.
• Strong operational reporting skills, MS Excel or equivalent, and weekly KPI tracking
• Ability to write and enforce SOPs independently
• Valid Saudi driving licence and physical presence in Riyadh
• Prior experience in a startup or lean operational environment is an advantage
• Familiarity with digital signage, CMS platforms, or AdTech is an advantage, but not required
