About the Role -

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support core operational processes in a fast-paced manufacturing/distribution environment. This is an ideal entry level opportunity for fresh graduates’ eager to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in operations.

Key Responsibility -

- Supply Chain Management: Assist in coordinating vendor communications, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials.

- Material Testing: Support quality checks by conducting basic material inspections, documenting test results, and reporting any defects or non-conformities.

- Delivery Coordination: Manage delivery schedules, prepare shipment documents, and liaise with logistics partners to ensure on-time customer deliveries.

- Dispatch Operations: Oversee dispatch processes, including packing, labelling, loading/unloading, and maintaining dispatch records for accuracy.

- Reporting & Documentation: Generate daily/weekly reports on inventory status, delivery metrics, and operational efficiency using basic tools like Excel.

Additional Requirements -

- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Freshers preferred).

- Basic understanding of logistics, inventory management, or quality control concepts.

- Familiarity with MS Excel for reporting and documentation.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a team, manage time effectively, and handle physical tasks.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
