About the role:

We’re looking for an Operations Accountant to manage the books for our quick service restaurant (QSR) store portfolio. This role is hands-on and focused on the day-to-day accounting behind store operations; keeping the books clean, supporting the monthly close, and helping ensure store-level financial reporting is accurate and reliable. This is a strong fit for someone who has already worked in restaurant or QSR accounting and understands the pace, volume, and detail of a multi-store operating environment. What You’ll Do:

• Own day-to-day accounting for QSR store entities
• Maintain consistency & discipline across accounting processes
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, reclasses, & account reconciliations
• Review P&Ls; help identify coding issues, variances, & unusual activity
• Partner with leadership to resolve issues & improve reporting accuracy
• Record & reconcile sales, cash, credit cards, & 3rd party delivery activity
• Support reconciliations (POS, payroll, AP, bank activity, & general ledger)
• Support month-end close & maintain organized workpapers & schedules

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of Accounting experience
• Restaurant, QSR, or similar experience is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership mentality 
• Knowledge of store-level accounting, monthly close, & balance sheets
• Strong Excel skills & comfort working with detailed transaction activity
• Experience in a multi-unit/entity, or high-volume operating environment
