We are looking for a trustworthy, multi-talented Operations & Accounts Administrator to assist in running the daily operations of our Johar Town tyre outlet. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who can manage back-office records in QuickBooks, supervise physical inventory, and ensure smooth customer flow on the shop floor.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Accounts & QuickBooks: Record all daily sales, purchase receipts, and payments accurately in QuickBooks Pro.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock movement, perform mandatory physical stock verification, and generate daily inventory reports.
- Cash Control: Manage the daily cash flow and reconcile cash on hand with sales records at the end of every shift.
- Operations Support: Supervise floor staff, manage WhatsApp/phone inquiries, and ensure the shop runs smoothly when the owner is focused on purchasing.
Requirements & Skills:
- Technical Proficiency (Required): Expert knowledge of QuickBooks Pro and MS Excel. (A practical test will be conducted during the interview).
- Experience: Proven experience in retail store operations or inventory management.
- Attributes: Absolute honesty, high attention to detail, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Communication: Clear, professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
