Title:
Operations & Admin Assistant – Import/Export | Agrivex Trading LLC

Summary:
Join a fast-growing food trading company in Dubai. You will assist with international shipments, supplier coordination, Airtable/Google Sheets data updating, and contract follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities (simple):

  • Follow shipments from contract → loading → arrival → clearance
  • Update Airtable + Google Sheets + Zoho daily
  • Maintain supplier accounts and pricing trackers
  • Communicate with suppliers & logistics companies
  • Track ETA/ETD, BLs, invoices, packing lists
  • Ensure documents are consistent with our import workflow
  • Optional: Dubai Trade / Chamber knowledge

Required Skills:

  • Strong English communication
  • Fast learner
  • High attention to detail
  • Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, VLOOKUP preferred)
  • Organized and consistent

Bonus:

  • Experience in import/export
  • Knowledge of Dubai free zones / ports / Dubai Trade

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,850.00 per month
