Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Administration Manager to
oversee the daily operations of our Saudi Arabia branch, ensuring smooth
business operations, compliance, HR administration, and effective coordination
with headquarters.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Saudi branch.

Oversee HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations,
attendance, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.

Manage government platforms and processes including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem,
Mudad, and related services.

Handle administrative functions, office management, procurement, facilities,
and vendor coordination.

Coordinate employee visas, work permits, and residency-related requirements.

Prepare operational and HR reports and provide regular updates to management.

Support business growth initiatives and maintain a productive work
environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related
field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Administration, HR, or Branch
Management.

Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI,
Muqeem, Mudad).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English.
