We are seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Operations Administrative Assistant to oversee and manage office operations at four of our locations in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office functions, including facility maintenance and supply management.
- Monitor office space utilization and coordinate layout adjustments as needed.
- Support staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and issues.
- Maintain office safety protocols and coordinate with maintenance staff as required.
- Prepare and maintain records for audits and compliance checks.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or facility management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
