Position Overview

Stars & Stripes Real Estate is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Operations & Administrative Coordinator to help support the day-to-day operations of our growing real estate business. This position will assist across multiple areas of the company including operations, marketing, sales support, construction coordination, basic property management support, and general administrative management.

This role is part-time to start, with strong potential for additional hours and long-term growth as the company expands.

Schedule

  • Part-time
  • Approximately 2–3 days per week
  • Around 8-hour workdays
  • Flexible scheduling available

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage utilities for properties
  • Organize and maintain receipts, invoices, and company records
  • Assist with bill payments and expense tracking
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to obtain receipts, invoices, and project updates
  • Help manage tasks and workflows using systems such as Google Drive and Asana
  • Maintain organized digital files and project folders
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, walkthroughs, meetings, and project timelines
  • Support administrative needs across marketing, sales, rentals, construction operations, and basic property management
  • Assist with tenant communication and basic rental coordination as needed
  • Help track maintenance requests and vendor scheduling for rental properties
  • Help ensure tasks are completed and properly tracked by team members
  • Communicate with team members, vendors, tenants, and service providers professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and general office organization
  • Help improve and maintain company systems and operational processes

Ideal Candidate

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable learning and using online systems and software
  • Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Previous administrative, operations, office management, property management, or real estate experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
