Job Summary:


We are seeking an analytically sound and relentless Operations Analyst to join our team, supporting functional partners and driving strategic initiatives. This role will be critical to the incremental improvement of Telarus Operations’ service delivery, assisting in program management, acting as a producer/contributor to our transformation efforts, and working with leaders to drive progress and successful change management. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, tremendous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of leadership. This role will report to the Telarus Operations Execution Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, interpret, and present operational data to identify trends and performance gaps.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
  • Participate in the inception, development, design, execution, and monitoring of new projects and initiatives by:
o Thoroughly documenting business requirements and acceptance criteria
o Actively seeking solutions to complex challenges, proactively communicating progress, and effectively managing your workload with independence.
o Designing and performing user acceptance testing steps, tracking mechanisms, and communications
o Building and executing air-tight project plans with clearly understood tasks and acceptable deadlines
o Tracking progress and reporting out to management on status
o Actively participating and/or leading meetings to collaborate with project contributors and producers
o Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing plans, policies, and procedures
o Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners, with a focus on ensuring organized execution of associated change management activities
  • Execute business analyst efforts such as:
o Using a proactive and positive approach to research and analyze complex business problems to a timely and accurate conclusion, recognizing risks and communicating impacts
o Work closely with suppliers and vendors as needed to identify current or ongoing fulfillment issues
  • Develop compelling, detailed, and appealing data reports, visuals, and commentary on successes and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in the management of the Telarus Operations roadmap and work with Telarus cross-functional IT and Product partners to align efforts and timelines
  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations, customer service delivery, and/or growth-stage companies
  • Experience in B2B2C or Brokerage client service delivery, and/or familiarity with Telecom or Technology services industry
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Relevant, demonstrable experience and certifications related to corporate governance and administration:
o Project management and/or PMP certification
o CRM and workflow optimization platforms, with emphasis on Salesforce knowledge
o Cross-functional initiative work experience with C-suite level Product and IT executives and their teams
o Data-driven decision-making
o Creation of efficient, repeatable processes
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of Tableau and Jira
  • Hard Skills related to:
o Data analysis
o Organizational strategic planning
o Technical execution, from requirements development to deployment
