Operations Analyst

Job Overview:

We are looking for a sharp, number-driven Operations Analyst to manage our internal reporting and employee compensation. You will be the primary person responsible for calculating monthly commissions and ensuring all sales and expense data is accurately recorded.

Key Responsibilities:

- Commissions: Calculate and audit monthly payouts for the sales team.

- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales summaries and expense reports.

- Data Entry: Ensure CRM or internal sheets are updated correctly.

- Admin Support: Assist management with other operational data tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Education: Minimum B.Com

- Excel (Test Required): You must be able to use Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP comfortably. This will be tested during the interview.

- Accuracy: High attention to detail—errors in commissions are not acceptable.

- Ethics: Ability to handle sensitive salary and financial data with confidentiality.
