Operations Analyst

We empower the mortgage industry with cutting-edge fraud detection solutions, saving our clients hundreds of millions of dollars. In this role, you'll be a critical line of defense, ensuring the integrity of mortgage transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze loan files for potential fraud indicators using our innovative risk mitigation platform;
• Communicate effectively with lenders, title companies, and insurers to ensure clear and timely information exchange;
• Assist with client onboarding and ongoing support for our suite of products and services;
• Maintain accurate and detailed records to ensure smooth processing and efficient workflow;
• Research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of evolving fraud tactics.

Minimum Requirements:

• AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-3 yrs college experience;
• Some experience in real estate, mortgage, customer support, or financial technology preferred;
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail are essential;
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment;
• Strong Microsoft Office suite skills Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to handle several tasks or job functions throughout the day Must promote a positive environment and be a team player.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
