We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team at Plutus21, a dynamic and technology-driven investment management firm. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting a variety of operational functions, ensuring the efficiency of business operations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
 

Responsibilities:
 

1. Portfolio Operations: Assist in managing accounts, processing transactions, performing reconciliations, and tracking activities to ensure seamless operations.
2. Trading and Allocation: Assist in trading and client allocations for our SMA’s and funds on different exchanges.
3. Fund Administration: Collaborate with the fund administrator to ensure accurate and transparent reporting of investor accounts, fostering trust and clarity.
4. Investment Analysis: Conduct research, due diligence, and financial modeling on investment opportunities to support the investment team in making informed decisions.
5. Compliance and Internal Accounting: Provide assistance in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, contributing to firm-wide policy development.
6. Audit and Tax Support: Assist with year-end audits and tax processes, ensuring proper oversight and adherence to requirements.
7. Bookkeeping and Financial Statement Management: Maintain accurate financial records for investment funds, regularly auditing financial statements to ensure consistency and correctness.
8. General Business Support: Provide operational support across various business functions, working with cross-functional teams to address the company's operational needs.
   
    

Requirements:
 

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with 0-2 years of experience.
2. Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to perform thorough due diligence.
3. Familiarity with compliance, audit, and tax principles.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
