Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels in Dubai, ensuring adequate stock to meet local market demand and support operational cash flow.
Purchasing Planning: Conduct strategic purchasing planning in coordination with headquarters and suppliers, ensuring competitive costs and lead times.
Logistics Follow-up: Oversee shipments handled by the logistics partner, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in transportation processes.
Order Management: Manage the order portfolio for Alliage customers, ensuring that delivery timelines and specifications are met with excellence.
Logistics Cost Monitoring: Track and analyze logistics costs for the Dubai operation, identifying optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
Accounts Payable Monitoring: Monitor and manage customers’ accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and effective communication with the finance team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields (Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related areas).
Availability to reside in Dubai, UAE.
Availability to travel for business purposes eventually
Experience with SAP systems.
Knowledge of Alliage subsystems.
