Operations Analyst- Dubai (UAE)

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels in Dubai, ensuring adequate stock to meet local market demand and support operational cash flow.

• Purchasing Planning: Conduct strategic purchasing planning in coordination with headquarters and suppliers, ensuring competitive costs and lead times.

• Logistics Follow-up: Oversee shipments handled by the logistics partner, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in transportation processes.

• Order Management: Manage the order portfolio for Alliage customers, ensuring that delivery timelines and specifications are met with excellence.

• Logistics Cost Monitoring: Track and analyze logistics costs for the Dubai operation, identifying optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.

• Accounts Payable Monitoring: Monitor and manage customers’ accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and effective communication with the finance team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields (Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related areas).

• Availability to reside in Dubai, UAE.

• Availability to travel for business purposes eventually

• Experience with SAP systems.

• Knowledge of Alliage subsystems.
