We are looking for an Operations & Client Relations Specialist to join our growing Operations team at Choose UAE .

This pivotal role is central to our business setup services—covering everything an entrepreneur needs, from company formation and visas to banking applications, PRO tasks, and beyond . You will act as the bridge between our clients, internal team, vendors, and government jurisdictions, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the business setup journey.

Key Pre-Requisites:

• Prior experience in hospitality, business services, or customer service roles.
• Background in office administration or operations support .
• Basic knowledge of project management is a plus.
• Immediate or short-notice availability .
• Completion of our application form .

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Liaison : Serve as the first point of contact for both clients and internal team members throughout the setup lifecycle—from sales handover to successful completion.
• End-to-End Business Setup : Manage and coordinate services such as company formation, visa applications, Emirates ID, medical testing, banking applications, PRO services, and other jurisdiction requirements .
• Client & Team Coordination : Ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and jurisdictions while supporting internal teams with updates and progress tracking.
• Customer Success : Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing queries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and guiding clients step-by-step through the process.
• Vendor & Jurisdiction Management : Work directly with free zones, mainland authorities, banks, and other partners to deliver on service requirements efficiently.
• Process Innovation : Suggest and implement improvements in workflows and service delivery to enhance efficiency, compliance, and client experience.
• Feedback & Improvement : Establish feedback loops with clients and internal teams to strengthen our service quality and ensure proactive issue resolution.
