Operations and CRM Officer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations activities - Ensure compliance to organization policies

2. Deployment and Quality Assurance

3. Client Relationship building

4. Data analysis and reporting

5. Assist in sales through Door to door approach, tenders and responding to inquiries

6. Digital Marketing strategy

7. Team Management and conflict resolution

8. Performance monitoring, Client Feedback and relation building

9. Develop strategy and plan to achieve organization goals

10. Other work falling under with the scope of assigned designation
