Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of digital campaigns on the e-learning platform medspace
- Manage and update website content, product pages, and landing pages
- Assist with content scheduling, posting, and basic engagement
- Coordinate with design agencies or internal teams
- Track and report basic digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, leads)
- Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and CRM uploads
- Maintain digital assets, content calendars, and campaign documentation
Nature of the Role
- Execution and coordination-focused
- Works closely with marketing, sales, medical, and external agencies
- Not a decision-making role, but critical for smooth day-to-day digital operations
- Exposure to pharma marketing, regulated content, and international markets (especially Africa)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and online campaign execution.
- Experience with WhatsApp, email marketing tools, and basic analytics.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) for chat and customer support.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, platform management, or customer support (preferred).
