Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Digital Systems Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and optimizing SEO strategies using SEO tools and keyword research techniques to improve website visibility.
- Support content creation efforts across websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Contribute to social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Help implement conversion optimization tactics through A/B testing and performance analysis to enhance user experience and increase lead generation.
- Support the creation and editing of visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles for digital campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining websites built on WordPress or other content management systems by updating content and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate on paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, SEM, Google AdWords, and marketing automation tools to maximize ROI.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future strategies.
- Support email marketing initiatives by designing email templates, segmenting audiences, and tracking campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in team meetings to brainstorm new ideas for digital marketing efforts including E-commerce strategies, B2B marketing initiatives, and performance marketing.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Computer Science or a related field.
- Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads/AdWords, SEM practices, and social media management platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for various digital channels.
- Knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress is advantageous.
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing trends including performance marketing, conversion optimization, and e-commerce strategies.
