What You’ll Do
- Dispatch and route 2–4 field technicians efficiently
- Optimize daily schedules to maximize revenue per truck
- Answer incoming service calls professionally and confidently
- Coordinate emergency calls and same-day jobs
- Manage service reminders and recurring customer scheduling
- Track technician productivity and job completion
- Support billing and collections follow-up
- Maintain CRM and scheduling software accurately
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in dispatch or service coordination (home services preferred)
- High integrity
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Calm under pressure and confident communicating with technicians
- Customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic reporting
- Natural problem-solver
- Takes ownership — not just tasks
