Operations and Dispatch Coordinator (Service Industry - Septic & Grease)

What You’ll Do

• Dispatch and route 2–4 field technicians efficiently
• Optimize daily schedules to maximize revenue per truck
• Answer incoming service calls professionally and confidently
• Coordinate emergency calls and same-day jobs
• Manage service reminders and recurring customer scheduling
• Track technician productivity and job completion
• Support billing and collections follow-up
• Maintain CRM and scheduling software accurately
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in dispatch or service coordination (home services preferred)
• High integrity
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Calm under pressure and confident communicating with technicians
• Customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable using scheduling software and basic reporting
• Natural problem-solver
• Takes ownership — not just tasks
