Role Description

Towr is hiring a full-time Operations and Fleet Executive to support and manage our growing network of drivers and subcontractors. This role is essential to the success of our daily operations, focusing on onboarding, training, and managing fleet performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with excellent people skills, a proactive mindset, and a valid UAE driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new fleet partners and ensure all documentation is complete
• Train drivers on operational standards, app usage, and safety protocols
• Monitor fleet performance and provide feedback to ensure service quality
• Maintain strong working relationships with fleet partners through regular communication
• Track and report operational KPIs and flag underperformance
• Conduct field visits and ride-alongs to ensure compliance and operational readiness
• Collaborate with the operations manager to resolve daily challenges
• Ensure all fleet members adhere to Towr’s SOPs and customer service standards

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or fleet support
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple drivers and coordinate activities in real-time
• Familiarity with towing or transportation operations is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Operations, or related field preferred
