Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Onsite Operations / HR Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and assist with HR-related functions. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and leadership, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site employee support and coordination
  • Assist with onboarding, timekeeping, attendance tracking, and personnel documentation
  • Support daily warehouse operations and scheduling needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Address basic employee relations issues professionally
  • Communicate effectively with a bilingual workforce
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and data entry

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
  • Experience in HR, operations, or warehouse coordination preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable and punctual with consistent on-site availability
