🔧 Role Overview:

The Operations & Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical operations of our Cinema and Café units. This includes ensuring smooth functioning of equipment, timely maintenance, and operational efficiency.

🎓 Education Requirements:

• B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Electronics

💼 Experience Required:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Cinema, Café, or Retail industry
• Hands-on experience in technical operations, maintenance, and daily unit management

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all technical operations for Cinema and Café units
• Oversee routine and preventive maintenance activities
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Handle breakdowns, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs
• Maintain reports and documentation related to operations and technical upkeep
