Operations and Maintenance Manager

Key Essential:

• O&M Manager in Solar Energy oversees daily operations, maintenance (preventive, predictive, corrective), and performance of solar plants with experience of 5+ years.
• Strong command in MS Office
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage teams.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• ensuring maximum uptime, efficiency, and compliance with safety/contractual standards, while managing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance & Operations: Monitor system performance (SCADA, data), troubleshoot faults, optimize energy yield, and ensure PPA/contractual compliance.
• Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; manage spare parts and inventory.
• Team & Subcontractor Management: Lead site technicians, manage 3rd-party contractors,.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate performance reports, analyse KPIs (uptime, PR), investigate root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, grid operators, EPC teams, and asset managers for approvals, billing, and project support.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement technological and procedural enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualification –

1- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

2- Good Computer knowledge.

3- Good Communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
