YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an Operations & Marketing Coordinator who will act as the “right hand” to our General Manager in daily business operations and marketing outreach. In this role, you will keep our logistics, personnel management, marketing campaigns, and communications with new & existing customers running smoothly so leadership can focus on growth and vision. Your role will be key to ensuring our team cultivates joyful moments, keeping a close eye on guest experience to make sure every visit is filled with fun, ease, and unforgettable highlights. As part of our leadership team, you will help us ensure the joy and engagement of every teammate and guest, ensuring that each attraction and experience throughout the day delivers delight, connection, and lasting memories.

Core Outcomes

  • Smooth Operations: Ensure staff scheduling, logistics, and communication run efficiently without direct oversight;
  • Social Media: Maintain a consistent social media presence for the venue;
  • Party and Corporate Bookings: Generate leads and engage with potential customers for party and corporate bookings
  • Reliable Systems: Ensure company processes are maintained and up-to-date;
  • Data Visibility: Pull weekly reports for leadership meetings;
  • Operational Traction: Track, document, and communicate progress on projects.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Communication

  • Conduct research to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitive insights that inform strategic marketing decisions;
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media updates and promotional materials using copywriting best practices;
  • Oversee marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows and improve performance marketing results;
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements for increased ROI;
  • Conduct ongoing research on industry best practices in digital marketing, B2B marketing strategies, and emerging trends to keep campaigns innovative;
  • Engage with event bookings to secure a robust calendar of profitable events;
  • Support partnerships with other businesses, demos, and proposals; and
  • Maintain professional brand voice.

Operations & Logistics

  • Coordinate and support daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functions, including process optimization and resource management;
  • Maintain employee scheduling and small purchases;
  • Capture recurring issues for review;
  • Ensure our venue complies with all local, state, and federal regulations;
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other service providers; and
  • Provide administrative support to possibly include data entry, inventory tracking, digital organization, staff communications, and preparing meeting agendas, as requested by General Manager.

  • Available for occasional weeknights and weekends. Reliable and Punctual;
  • Present a professional image to our customers, while complying with our teammate dress code. Our teammates will be provided with Zero Latency branded polos and will follow dress code guidelines;
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English; and
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of customer experience, operations, and/or leadership roles in the entertainment/hospitality industry;
  • A passion for VR, gaming, and technology;
  • Demonstrated ability in SEO techniques, social media marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel campaign management;
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating engaging visual content;
  • Strong copywriting skills with an eye for compelling messaging tailored to target audiences;
  • Excellent research skills combined with analytical thinking to interpret data from Google Analytics and other sources for actionable insights;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines within a collaborative team setting;
  • A proven track record of securing party and corporate bookings;
  • Experience working in small and large teams; and
  • Demonstrable experience achieving individual and team goals.

WORKING HOURS

Our Operations & Outreach Coordinator will work 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Availability must be flexible.
