Job Summary
The Operations manager is responsible for leading and managing the team. The senior manager utilizes customer service and operations experience to provide leadership, support, training, and performance monitoring to the designated team with increased focus on meeting and exceeding departmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the business
• Create strategic and operational goals and objectives
• Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
• Oversee operations and inventory control, storage and trailer.
• Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements DOT.
• Examine financial data and budgets and create financial forecasts
• Set and monitor key performance indicators
• Coordinate loads with Drivers/Trucks

Qualifications

• Logistics: 3 years (Preferred)
• Transportation management: 3 years (Required)
• Experience and maneuvering programs DAT, PC Miller, load board ,Samsara
• Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Spanish required
