Operations Assistant

Position Overview

We are a fast-growing collectibles business specializing in trading cards sold through live streaming platforms such as Whatnot and TikTok. We are looking for a reliable Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day fulfillment and inventory processes.

This is an entry-level role focused on organization, sorting, and operational support. No prior knowledge of trading cards is required—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and organize trading cards and collectibles
• Prepare items for livestream sales and inventory storage
• Assist with packing and shipping customer orders
• Label and categorize inventory
• Maintain organized workspaces and storage systems
• Assist the team with general operational tasks as needed
• Help prepare products before and after livestream sales

Qualifications

• No prior experience with trading cards required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and follow instructions
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred (but Not Required)

• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory work
• Interest in collectibles, trading cards, or livestream selling

Work Environment

• Fast-paced small business environment
• Work directly with a team involved in livestream e-commerce
• Hands-on role involving sorting, organizing, and packaging inventory

Pay: $16.00 per hour
