Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Assistant. The Operations Assistant will manage daily operational tasks, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, assist in improving workflows, and ensure top-level customer service. Additional responsibilities include supporting the execution of operational strategies and assisting in data management to optimize efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating processes and identifying improvements
  • Ability to work independently, organize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a remote operations role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred
