About the Role

This position supports day-to-day office operations and facilities management across our office locations. The Operations Assistant will manage hands-on tasks in our CA office while providing support to our remote teams. You will report directly to the Operations & Brand Manager and help maintain an efficient, organized, and welcoming environment for the entire team, both in-person and remote.

What You’ll Do

• Handle hands-on facilities and office upkeep in our CA office
• Order, stock, and maintain office supplies, snacks, and equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and building management for facility services
• Support office improvement projects and asset tracking
• Manage mail, deliveries, and shipments
• Keep the office clean and organized
• Greet visitors and provide front-desk support
• Track expenses, process purchase orders, and create internal forms
• Provide logistical support for events and special projects
• Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and basic administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1+ years of administrative office experience (required)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, vendor portals, and other applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, proactive, and team-oriented with a hands-on mindset
• Reliable transportation required for occasional local errands

Compensation and Benefits

• $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (non-exempt, eligible for overtime), depending on experience and qualifications

Work Hours and LocationThis is a full-time, in-office position based in Irvine, California. Expected working hours will be Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. Overtime hours may be required on occasion.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, office supplies, and assembling furniture.
• Frequent talking and hearing with others (via phone, video calls, and in-person).
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and carrying items throughout the office.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 50 lbs (e.g., office supplies, kitchen stock, furniture, or equipment).
• Manual dexterity and physical capability to assemble furniture and perform light facility-related tasks.
• Sufficient visual acuity to read computer screens, documents, and labels.
