Operations Assistant

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Salary: PKR 30,000 – 45,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Operations Assistant to support the setup and daily operations of our food outlet. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and comfortable handling both indoor and outdoor tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup and smooth operation of the food outlet.

Handle outdoor tasks such as purchasing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and managing operational requirements.

Support daily outlet activities to ensure efficient operations.

Monitor inventory levels and help maintain proper stock records.

Coordinate with staff and assist in resolving operational issues.

Ensure tasks are completed on time and according to company standards.

Perform other duties assigned to support business operations.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Intermediate (FA/FSc/I.Com or equivalent).

2–5 years of experience in operations, retail, restaurant, food outlet, or a similar field.

Ability to manage outdoor work and travel within Karachi when required.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Basic problem-solving ability and a responsible attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and willing to grow with our business. Candidates with experience in food outlets or retail operations will be preferred.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
