
Job description:
- Check sales proposals, reports, and order documentation to support the sales team of different region
- Coordinated with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Built and maintained strong client and Partner relationships to support business growth.
- Coordinated for Internal and external Training.
- Act as a point of contact to suppliers for stocking and related inquires
- Day to day office works and following up, co-ordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Prepare and manage job files, sales proposals, reports, and order documentation to support the sales team of region Qatar, UAE and KSA.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure all job-related documents are accurate and complete.
- Evaluate each job file and maintain proper documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
- PGDCA or a related Certification is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations coordination, preferably in the AV, events, or technical services industry.
- Experience in managing cross-border/regional operations is a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of accounting basics, quotation preparation, and commercial documentation.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the region (Qatar, UAE, KSA).
- Knowledge of AV Solution is a plus
