Operations Assistant
to support our BD team in executing daily operational tasks, ensuring accuracy in data handling, and enabling smooth delivery of rewards, incentives, and campaign-related processes.
This is an
on-site role based in our Dubai office
.
Job Summary
The Operations Assistant will support the Business Development team in managing operational workflows, ensuring accurate processing of rewards and incentives, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating cross-functional tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, good Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Candidates with experience using
AI tools for productivity (e.g., automation, data processing, reporting, or workflow optimization)
will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Support daily operational processes for the Business Development team.

Assist in the execution and tracking of rewards, incentives, and bonus distributions.

Collect, organize, and maintain large sets of operational data.

Use Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other formulas).

Ensure accuracy and consistency of records, trackers, and internal documentation.

Perform data validation and quality checks before processing or submission.

Assist in setting up, maintaining, and improving internal operational systems and campaign workflows.

Coordinate with BD, marketing, finance, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues.

Support reporting requirements by compiling structured and accurate datasets.

Identify and flag inconsistencies, errors, or risks in operational processes.

Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational support tasks as required.
Requirements
-
1-3 years of experience in operations, admin, data support, or similar roles (experience in fintech, trading, or crypto is a plus).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be comfortable with formulas such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.).

High attention to detail and strong sense of data accuracy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple internal teams.

Proactive, responsible, and problem-solving mindset.

Proficiency in English is required (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with cryptocurrency, trading platforms, or fintech operations.

Experience supporting sales, BD, or marketing operations teams.

Exposure to or hands-on use of
AI productivity tools
(e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, workflow optimization, data processing tools) is highly preferred.

Ability to quickly learn internal systems and operational tools.
Additional Requirements

valid visa to work in Dubai or be able to relocate on short notice
