Operations Assistant Support
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the day-to-day operational, administrative, and transactional needs of the team and or departments.
- Ensures necessary communication stakeholders (internal & external) and coordination among départements are done properly and timely manner.
- Maintain use of company tool of communication such as company WhatsApp number and company email to ensure required business communication is cascaded.
- Provide necessary support to Sales Team Leaders in coordination with other departments.
- Flexibility of work pacing especially during peak season where necessary “work-done” task/ deadlines are ensured completed.
- Proactively provide necessary updates to different departments.
Specialized Skills
- Manage daily routine operations and workflow
- Ability to use efficiently with MS Office (word, excel, outlook etc.)
- Ability to compose business email, concise and with clarity of content
- Coordination of announcement, launches event (internal & external) to relevant dept.
- Professional communication

- Organized in schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate, operations, or administration
- Familiarity with real estate CRMs and transaction platforms
- Understanding of real estate contracts agreements (MOU/ A2A/ etc) and compliance processes
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
