Job Title: Operations Assistant (Tech & Operations)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000/month

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in managing the shared power bank backend system; monitor equipment status

· Handle equipment fault alerts and coordinate on-site maintenance

· Organize operational data; assist in generating daily/weekly reports

· Liaise with suppliers regarding equipment procurement and repairs

· Occasional site visits for equipment inspections

Requirements

· Detail-oriented, logical thinker with sensitivity to data

· Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to handle basic data processing

· Background in tech or operations experience is a plus

· Own car and valid driving license preferred (for occasional site visits)

· Fluent in English
