We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our fast-growing team at ZOCA. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of our operations, leveraging your skills in data management, workflows, and process improvement. Proficiency in Excel is required, and familiarity with SQL is a valuable bonus. Key Responsibilities

• Daily operations
• Onboard clients through AI powered workflows
• Use Excel to analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making.
• Streamline and optimize workflows for greater efficiency
• Create and maintain dashboards to track key operational metrics
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work with product & customer success teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of operational tasks
• Provide support for process improvements and project management initiative
• Data Management and Automation:
• Assist in extracting, cleaning, and organizing data for better insights and decision-making
• Conduct audits and checks to maintain data accuracy
• Resolve discrepancies in data or processes proactively
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 0-2 years
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
• Basic knowledge of SQL is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools or workflow management platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a work-from-office role based in Koramangala, Bengaluru , with alternate Saturdays working as part of our weekly schedule
