Operations Associate

● Manage daily appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and coordination with

customers and the vet team

● Oversee logistics: service kits, replenishment of medical supplies, uniforms, and

equipment

● Liaise with vendors for procurement, service kits, uniforms, and event requirements

● Support team requirements such as PG accommodations, travel, and basic

facilities

● Support in planning and executing marketing/community events (apartment drives,

awareness events, etc.)

● Maintain clear operational records, track expenses, and assist with reporting

● Ensure compliance with service SOPs to guarantee smooth execution of home visits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
