Role Overview

As an Operations Lead at Humrahe Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our tour business. Your responsibilities will focus on tour assignments, marketplace management, and administrative and customer support, ensuring smooth execution of tours and optimal marketplace performance. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, customers, tour guides, and internal teams to deliver high-quality travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

1-Tour Assignment & Coordination

  • Assign and manage tours, ensuring all logistics are arranged and confirmed.
  • Liaise with customers and guides to coordinate tour details and secure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee tour schedules, update itineraries, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Support customers and guides before, during and after tours, addressing any issues or changes that arise.

2-Marketplace Management

  • Manage and update tour offerings on online marketplaces and company platforms.
  • Monitor marketplace performance, including bookings, customer feedback, and pricing trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize tour listings and promotions.

3-Administrative Support

  • Maintain records of bookings, payments, and suppliers.
  • Assist in preparing reports on tour performance and marketplace analytics.
  • Support the operations team in enforcing company policies and standards.

4-Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide pre-trip information, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Gather and evaluate customer feedback to improve tour quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree: 16 years of education.
  • 0-2 years of experience in operations. (Travel, customer service, hospitality, startup experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent (English) communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work remotely.
