Operations Associate

The Operations Associate (OA) is responsible for handling all government-related documentation and procedures to ensure company compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and business regulations. This includes processing visas, work permits, licenses, renewals, and liaising with relevant government entities.

Key Responsibilities:

•Handle all visa applications (new, renewal, cancellation) for employees and dependents with MOHRE, ICA, ADGM, DSO, and DWTC.

•Liaise with government authorities such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Health, and others.

•Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation of trade licenses, labor quotas, Emirates IDs, and establishment cards.

•Ensure timely submission of documents to avoid penalties or delays.

•Coordinate with insurance providers for medical and health card processing.

•Maintain accurate records of employee legal documents, visa status, and company licenses.

•Track and remind management of upcoming renewals for visas, licenses, and other legal requirements.

•Stay updated on labor and immigration law changes and advise management accordingly.

•Coordinate MOFA attestation of educational, personal, and corporate documents.

•Handle degree equivalency submissions through the Ministry of Education portal.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).

•1 year of experience in operations or administrative roles (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

•Strong data entry and reporting skills.

•Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
