Job Summary
We are hiring an Operations Automation Analyst to help streamline and automate workflows across multiple operational teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, improving systems, and building smarter workflows using automation tools and AI-assisted technology.
You’ll work directly with operational teams to identify inefficiencies, design solutions, and implement automations that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
This is a hybrid “builder + coordinator” role. You will initially split time between hands-on automation work and cross-functional coordination, with increasing ownership and technical depth over time.
We value aptitude, curiosity, and systems thinking more than perfect credentials.

- Support data movement and reporting through light scripting or SQL
- Leverage AI tools and LLMs (Claude or similar) to accelerate workflows and productivity

- Partner with engineering and systems teams when projects exceed low-code scope
- Help operationalize and drive adoption of newly implemented tools and workflows
