Colony Construction LLC is a growing construction company specializing in residential and commercial construction, remodels, flooring, and unique custom projects throughout Southern Arizona.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to help support and grow the company long-term. This is NOT just a basic office position — we are looking for someone interested in helping build systems, improve operations, assist with bidding and project coordination, and potentially help research and develop future software/app ideas related to the construction industry.

Responsibilities
- Administrative and office support
- Payroll assistance
- Organizing company files and documents
- Assisting with job bids and proposals
- Communicating with clients and subcontractors
- Assisting with scheduling and project coordination
- Supporting business growth and operational systems
- Researching commercial project opportunities
- Assisting with AI tools, software research, and app/business development ideas
- Helping improve company workflows and organization
Qualifications

- Business, management, marketing, accounting, construction management, or related background preferred

- Interest in entrepreneurship, AI, software, automation, or business development highly valued
- Experience with CRM systems, scheduling software, QuickBooks, or project management software is a plus
We are looking for someone interested in growing long-term with the company and helping build systems that improve operations and support future expansion.
Pay: $11,000.00 - $26,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bisbee, AZ
