Operations & Business Development Lead (Bilingual English/한국어)

Compensation

$70,000 - $80,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses & Incentives

CapitalSource is a modern mortgage company helping self-employed borrowers, real estate investors, and homeowners obtain financing solutions beyond traditional banks.

We are hiring a bilingual Korean/English Operations & Business Development Lead to help build our referral partner network, client relationships, and day-to-day business operations. This is NOT a sales position.

This is a high-ownership role working directly with leadership inside a fast-growing entrepreneurial company.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role combining office collaboration, remote flexibility (for the right person), and in-person networking.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and coordinate relationships with referral partners
  • Attend networking meetings and industry events from time to time
  • Support day-to-day business coordination and follow-up
  • Coordinate social media, YouTube, and Korean-language content distribution
  • Help build company systems and processes as the company grows

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English and Korean (professional level)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable learning new systems

Preferred

  • Background in marketing, mortgage, real estate, banking, hospitality, recruiting, retail (e.g. restaurant), or general business operations

No prior mortgage experience is required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
