Job Title: Operations & Business Development Manager

Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to manage daily operations and support business growth initiatives. The role involves coordinating logistics, monitoring ongoing projects, maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow
• Support management in business planning and client development
• Identify and pursue new business leads and partnership opportunities
• Coordinate between departments to ensure timely task completion
• Prepare reports and performance updates for management review

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Oman car driving license
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Experience in logistics, transport, or service industry is an advantage
