We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Campaign Manager with hands-on experience in OOH (Out-of-Home), BTL, and ATL marketing campaigns. This role involves end-to-end management of campaign execution — from planning and vendor coordination to on-ground implementation, monitoring, and reporting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and excels in managing teams, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Operations

Plan, execute, and oversee OOH / BTL / ATL campaigns across multiple locations.

Coordinate with media planners, client servicing, and creative teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.

Supervise on-ground execution — including site installations, branding activities, events, and activations.

Conduct quality checks to ensure timely and accurate campaign deployment.

Handle logistics, permissions, and compliance for outdoor and activation campaigns.

Vendor & Resource Management

Identify, onboard, and manage media vendors, fabricators, printers, and event partners.

Negotiate rates, monitor vendor performance, and ensure cost efficiency.

Maintain a vendor database and track project timelines and budgets.

Team Coordination & Reporting

Manage field teams and ensure proper reporting and documentation (photographs, reports, proofs).

Prepare daily/weekly campaign progress reports and share with internal and client teams.

Analyze campaign execution results and suggest process improvements.

Collaborate with finance for billing, purchase orders, and payment tracking.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in operations or campaign management for OOH / BTL / ATL campaigns.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities (with both internal teams and vendors).

Working knowledge of campaign monitoring tools, reporting formats, and Excel.

Flexibility to travel for campaign audits and installations.

Eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in advertising operations, brand activations, or outdoor campaign management.

Familiarity with vendor management, media operations, and on-ground execution.
