Overview
Southern Rocklobster Limited USA (DBA Terra Mare Prime) is a Los Angeles “basket of food” import, marketing and distribution business, operating in North America. Over the last 15 years the business has developed to a stable and profitable position with a substantial customer base and range of products. Further growth is expected with a range of new opportunities in 2026 and we are looking for a further resource to help with supporting our operations.

The Key Elements of this Position are to Provide:

Company Assistance:

  • Manage Company SOPs
  • Project Coordination
  • Equipment Management
  • Out of Office Backup
  • Continuous Improvement Task as Part of a Growing Business

Warehouse Assistance:

  • Managing Inventory Records
  • Data Entry and Upkeep
  • Supply Management
  • Quality Control
  • Warehouse Task Backup

Logistics Assistance:

  • Domestic Trucking
  • Domestic Air Freight
  • Tracking and POD Followup
  • Vendor Management

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Maintenance and completion of assigned tasks/projects within given time parameters
  • Accuracy of Company Databases
  • Swift and On-time Deliveries
  • Effectiveness in Backup Duties

Experience

  • Excellent computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • California Driver License required
  • Experience in an office environment with operations support and/or logistics industry or related role preferred
  • Experience with Industry Specific software 'Canopy' is preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Bilingual English and Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication within the team

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $47,500.00 - $57,500.00 per year

Experience:

  • Computer literacy: 1 year (Required)

  • Forklift Certification (Preferred)
