Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day:

• Coordinating engineering and provisioning teams to deliver projects and support services

• Scheduling and dispatching helpdesk and field engineers

• Managing customer orders and support tickets via the CRM system

• Liaising with staff and clients to allocate work efficiently

• Monitoring workloads and adapting resources to maintain excellent service
