Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Dammam, KSA

Salary: 2000 SAR

Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support production, inventory, logistics, documentation, and cross-departmental coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing workflows and data accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Prepare job orders, quotations, purchase requisitions, and production documents.

Monitor production progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Maintain accurate inventory in Zoho ERP and MS Lists; perform regular audits.

Manage dispatch schedules, inspections, and delivery coordination.

Prepare MTCs, Inspection Reports, POs, packing lists, and labels.

Resolve customer queries and support sales order processing.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and audit requirements.

Liaise across Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams.

Assist in warehouse and factory labour supervision and residency oversight.

Support workflow digitization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Intermediate, Bachelors preferred.
  • Must be Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Must have good English and Urdu/Hindi Communication.
  • Prior experience in warehouse or production roles is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
