About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Operations Coordinator to support daily activities within our corporate services team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in MS Office, Outlook, communication, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks within the corporate services department
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
- Coordinate with typists and other support staff to ensure timely completion of work
- Prepare, update, and maintain documents, records, and reports
- Handle emails, schedules, and follow-ups using MS Outlook
- Support administrative and operational procedures to improve efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client coordination and follow-up abilities
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Work Eligibility
- Candidates must already hold a valid UAE dependent (husband) visa
- Qualification: Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a corporate service provider or similar environment
- Familiarity with documentation, PRO work, and basic administrative procedures
