The Operations Coordinator will support daily operations, ensuring efficient order processing, coordination with warehouse/logistics, and smooth end-to-end operational flow across B2B, HORECA, and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all customer orders (B2B/HORECA/Aggregators) accurately in the ERP system.
- Manage manual entry of LPO-based orders and share with the warehouse for fulfillment.
- Coordinate with third-party warehouse (GSL) for loading, dispatch, and receiving.
- Maintain customer master data, pricing, discounts, and credit terms.
- Track and follow up on daily deliveries, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with the delivery team for scheduling and route planning.
- Monitor dark store inventory and replenishment requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and KPIs.
- Support process improvement and SOP compliance across operations.
- Liaise with sales, finance, logistics, and warehouse teams for seamless workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3–5 years of operations experience in UAE (FMCG/Water/Trading).
- Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (Odoo preferred).
- Strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume operational workloads.
