Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Call Cycle Support

Develop Call Cycle targets
-
Coordinate with the field and head office teams

Prepare Call Cycles of relevant region in stipulated time
-
Collaboration with Line Manager and Ops Team for the Call Cycle

Manage and maintain dashboards
-
Consolidate information received from Area Merchandising Managers
-
Compile hygiene health& safety reporting
Operations Support

Record keeping of Assets and POSM
-
To consolidate payroll
-
Share updates regarding Brands and categories
-
Record, update and manage Distribution/store lists as per the requirements
-
Daily, weekly and monthly and Adhoc reporting on targets, achievements, surveys
Administration
-
Analyze performance through target achievement
-
Update the user Lists as per requirements
-
Analysze team lead, AM, brand, category and region performance
-
Provide support to the finance team in matching the Head counts per month
-
Provide technology support
Data Analysis
-
Maintain weekly price tracking and perform analysis to extract actionable items
-
Develop data models on trackers and surveys
-
Ability to organize and read data from performance and competition reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree preferably in Sales & marketing/operations management or Business/Data Analytics
Minimum Experience:
2-3 years’ experience in sales and operations management, data analysis
