The Production Operations Coordinator is the operational backbone of our remodeling team.

This is not a clerical position.
This is a control tower role.

You will drive scheduling precision, protect timelines, maintain job flow, and ensure our Project Managers stay focused on execution — not chaos.

What You Will OwnScheduling & Trade Coordination

• Build and manage install schedules across multiple active jobs
• Confirm subcontractor availability and sequencing
• Adjust schedules proactively when delays occur
• Coordinate phase transitions at least 48 hours in advance
• Maintain schedule visibility across the team

Client Communication

• Conduct weekly homeowner update calls
• Provide timeline clarity and expectation management
• Communicate proactively when changes arise
• Log all communication in CRM accurately and consistently

Project Manager Support

• Verify materials are ready prior to installation
• Track change orders and supporting documentation
• Maintain clean digital job files and schedule boards
• Identify bottlenecks early and escalate before they impact production

Production Accountability

• Monitor job progress against timeline benchmarks
• Help protect gross margin by preventing avoidable delays
• Surface risks early instead of reacting late
• Support smooth job flow from deposit to completion

What This Role Is Not

This is not entry-level admin work.
This role directly impacts profitability, job flow, and client satisfaction.

You will be expected to think ahead, take ownership, and hold trades accountable when needed.

Preferred Experience

• Construction or remodeling experience
• Experience with scheduling software and CRM systems
• Experience coordinating trades or vendors
• Operations or production coordination background
